INEOS Energy kündigte eine strategische Partnerschaft mit Shell Offshore für Öl- und Gasexploration im Golf von Mexiko an. INEOS erwirbt 21 Prozent der Anteile und zielt auf Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Appomattox-Plattform.
