15 Countries Coordinate Reopening of Strait of Hormuz
French President Emmanuel Macron announced that approximately 15 countries are working to restore shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, through which normally one-fifth of global oil supplies flow. The coordination follows the USA-Iran ceasefire of April 7, 2026.
