A 16-year-old Cypriot girl was at the center of a unique organ donation chain in Israel that connected a Jewish donor, a Cypriot family, and two Arab Israeli couples. The operation, lasting over 12 hours, resulted in four people – Muslims, Christians, and Jews – receiving organs and having their lives saved.
