200 Years of Photography: The Eye is Not Innocent
On the 200th anniversary of photography, the development from the first photograph to the present is examined. Photography functions not only as a faster recording instrument, but as a new way of seeing, understanding, and interpreting the world. The inherent human need to represent the perceived is reflected in the history of photographic art.
