23-year-old arrested for online fraud totaling €34,600
A 23-year-old man was arrested in Limassol after being accused of defrauding a 64-year-old woman of €34,600. The victim received a fraudulent SMS in February that allegedly came from a courier company. Police are investigating charges of identity theft and online fraud.
