30,000 vacant buildings: Potential for Cyprus's housing crisis
According to estimates by the Cyprus Science and Technology Chamber (ETEK), Cyprus has approximately 30,000 practically uninhabited buildings that could be repaired and restored to improve housing supply, particularly for tenants.
