30 Percent of Cyprus Protected Under Natura 2000
Agriculture Minister Christos Senekis reported to the House Environment Committee that approximately 30 percent of Cypriot territory has now been included in the Natura 2000 network, with 72 designated protected or conservation areas. The minister also presented the government's four main environmental priorities.
