82-year-old cyclist completes 5,300 km charity ride and dies one day later
Australian cyclist Bob Montgomery, 82, completed a 5,300-kilometer cycling journey across Australia to raise funds for fighting motor neurone disease (MND). The ride took place from Broom in the west to Bourail over six weeks. Tragically, Montgomery died just one day after completing his remarkable achievement.
