Abbakum Trial: Witness Reports Abuse and Insults at Monastery
A witness in proceedings against those responsible for Osios Abbakum Monastery again reported oppression and unequal treatment during his stay. The witness rejected defense arguments that the treatment by the two defendants was similar to that of other monks. He cited insulting statements such as "You are useless, you are stupid".
