Acquittal in forest fire case after three years in prison
A 69-year-old was acquitted after over three years in custody in the trial concerning the deadly forest fire of July 3, 2021 in Arakapa. The appeals court unanimously overturned the conviction of eight years imprisonment due to doubts about guilt.
