Administrative Court: Professional Experience Must Be Considered in Promotions
The Cypriot administrative court has made a significant ruling on questions of seniority and professional experience in promotions. In proceedings concerning a promotion to a position in the Ministry of Finance, the court decided that professional experience must be a decisive criterion when all other qualifications are equal.
