AfD leads in eastern German poll - first possible government participation
According to a new Infratest-Dimap poll, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) could become the strongest party in the Saxony-Anhalt state election in September and could lead a regional government for the first time. The poll shows the AfD at 41 percent in the eastern state, two points above the previous value.
