Airbus Lowers 20-Year Forecast Due to Iran War and Trade Conflicts
Aircraft manufacturer Airbus has reduced its long-term demand forecast for passenger aircraft by one percent. The reasons are the Iran war and international trade tensions, which are slowing the aviation industry's economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, Airbus continues to expect robust aircraft orders.
