Akinci: Ferry disaster would not have occurred with EU membership
Former Turkish-Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci speculates that the sinking of a passenger ferry off the coast of Kyrenia on Sunday might not have happened if the Cyprus question had been resolved and Northern Cyprus had been an EU member.
