Alleged Iran spy appeals to European Court of Human Rights
The case of the 44-year-old Azerbaijani with a British passport who was arrested in Limassol last summer and charged with espionage for Iran is taking on international legal dimensions. Through his lawyer Eustathios Eustathiou, he has appealed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The complaint has already been registered and is being processed.
