Alpha Bank Acquires 69.61% of Alpha Trust Holdings
Alpha Bank has agreed to acquire a stake of 69.61% in Alpha Trust Holdings and will subsequently submit a voluntary public offer for the remaining shares. The transaction has already received support from over two-thirds of shareholders including management, which ensures high probability of success and complete consolidation.
