Alpha Bank acquires Altius Insurance
Alpha Bank Group signed a binding agreement on Wednesday for the acquisition of Altius Insurance. The transaction marks the realization of a strategic consolidation of insurance activities in Cyprus and includes the purchase of all share capital of Altius Insurance.
