Alpha Bank Completes Delisting of Alpha Trust Holdings
Alpha Bank has completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in Alpha Trust Holdings, whereby the bank and its partners now hold 100 percent of the ownership and voting rights in the company. The procedure was completed on August 24 and included the acquisition of 69,324 remaining common shares. This is an important step toward full consolidation of the stake.
