Alpha Trust seeks delisting from Euronext Athens
Alpha Trust Holdings has submitted an application to the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission for delisting its shares from Euronext Athens following Alpha Bank's acquisition of 100 percent of the company. The application was submitted on August 31, 2026 and approved by the general assembly.
