Ancient Cypriot artifact repatriated from UK
An ancient jug from the Late Bronze Age was returned to Cyprus after being identified during an online auction in Great Britain. The Base-Ring jug dates from around 1450 BC and was hand-crafted. The Cypriot antiquities authority was able to identify the artifact during an online auction process.
