Ancient Eetionian Gate in Piraeus to Be Expanded
The Greek Ministry of Culture announced the expansion of the archaeological site of the Eetionian Gate in Piraeus by approximately 0.7 hectares. The project aims to restore the two distinctive round towers and ancient fortifications, improve the visibility of the site, and modernize visitor infrastructure.
