Ancient manuscript describes battle between Greeks and Goths 262 AD
A recently discovered ancient manuscript suggests that in 262 AD there was another battle at Thermopylae between Greeks and Goths. The manuscript fragments from the 13th century were discovered in 2007 by Jana Grusková of Masaryk University and reveal a previously unknown chapter of ancient Greek history.
