Anti-Corruption Authority With Only One Permanent Employee
The anti-corruption authority, founded in 2021, employed only one permanent staff member five years later – a security guard. The remaining 12 officials work on a service basis, and inspectors are hired externally for investigations. The same situation exists at the authority investigating complaints against the police.
