Apartment Buildings: Delinquent Tenants Create Hardships for Other Residents
The Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association presented alarming examples of housing problems to parliament: mothers carry children up to the third floor because a resident does not pay utility bills, while elderly people with asthma suffer under conditions that endanger their health. The issue of housing default risks was brought before parliament.
