Apartment prices in Cyprus significantly exceed house prices
According to an analysis of central bank data, apartment prices in Limassol are 54.1 percent higher than in 2010 and have more than doubled since their low point in 2015. In contrast, house prices in Nicosia are still 16.8 percent below 2010 levels. The analysis uses the central bank's price index with 2010 as the base year.
