APOEL signs investment agreement with ECM Partners
APOEL and the investment scheme ECM Partners, led by Savas Liassis, have signed the preliminary agreement. Only the company's signature remains pending, which is considered a formal procedural matter. After completion of the signatures, the club will submit a letter with the agreement to the CFA and then await UEFA confirmations.
