Apollo buys EasyJet for 7.7 billion dollars
Apollo Global has agreed to purchase EasyJet, the European budget airline is valued at approximately 5.7 billion pounds (7.7 billion dollars). Competitor Castlelake withdrew its bid, ending months of uncertainty surrounding the major European airline.
