Appeals court confirms: accident with horse was unavoidable
The Cypriot Appeals Court rejected allegations of negligent driving in a traffic case and confirmed the judgment of the lower court, which had classified the accident between a vehicle and a horse as unavoidable. The court did, however, partially divide the judgment regarding court costs. The decision of April 9, 2026 resolved two related legal cases.
