Appeals Court Increases Sentences in Methamphetamine Case
The appeals court increased the prison sentences for two individuals convicted of possession of 211 grams of methamphetamine with intent to sell. The court deemed the original sentences handed down by the lower court insufficient for the severity of the offenses.
