Appeals court upholds 16-year sentence for attempted murder
The appeals court rejected an appeal against a 16-year prison sentence for attempted murder of a man and a six-year-old child. The court confirmed that the criminal court appropriately assessed the severity of the offenses, in which both victims were injured by gunshots.
