Apple and Amazon Face Renewed Antitrust Legal Proceedings in Britain
The British Competition Appeals Court allowed a consumer lawsuit against Apple and Amazon to proceed in part. The lawsuit accuses both companies of reaching an agreement in 2018 to restrict which sellers can offer Apple and Beats products on Amazon's British marketplace.
