Apple sues OpenAI over theft of trade secrets
Apple has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, accusing the company of organizing a campaign to recruit business secrets and confidential information about products not yet unveiled. The lawsuit was filed in a federal court in California and is also directed against two former Apple executives, Tang Tan and Chang Liu. The legal dispute concerns allegations of intellectual property theft.
