Architect receives over 403,000 euros for unbuilt luxury home
The Supreme Court unanimously confirmed that a woman must pay 403,047 euros to an architect who designed plans for a luxury house in Agioi Trimithias that was never built. The court recognized that the architectural study was completed and the project had a value of approximately 4.5 million Cyprus pounds.
