Arrest Warrant and Interpol Red Notice Issued for Monaco Attack Suspect
Authorities have issued an arrest warrant against a woman sighted in Germany who is suspected of orchestrating a bomb attack in Monaco. A red Interpol notice has also been issued against the suspect, calling on law enforcement authorities worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest her.
