Arson in abandoned building in Strovolos
Around 22:45, a fire was reported in an abandoned building in Strovolos, Nicosia. According to initial police investigations, the fire was caused by burning objects that were apparently deliberately ignited. The fire department successfully extinguished the blaze. Authorities suspect arson.
