Artist Loses Bronze Sculpture to Theft in Limassol
Renowned Cypriot artist Filippos Giapanis became a victim of art theft when his bronze sculpture "Balance" was stolen from the sculpture park in Fasoula shortly after its completion. The artwork was valued at approximately 10,000 euros, and the artist suspects it was a targeted theft.
