Asset recovery remains priority for Cypriot authorities
Deputy Attorney General Savvas Angelides emphasized that the recovery of assets from illegal activities represents a key priority for Cypriot authorities. At a three-day training symposium of the judicial authority in Limassol, he stressed that combating crime extends beyond punishment and includes the deprivation of illegal profits from criminals.
