Asylum seekers from unsafe countries file lawsuits 68% more frequently
The number of asylum seekers from unsafe countries going to court has increased by 68% within two years. However, registered cases simultaneously dropped by 59% compared to 2023. The figures show 2025: 3,193 cases, 2024: 6,564 and 2023: 8,377 cases according to the legal department.
