Athalassa Psychiatry: Patients Who Should Not Be There
Savia Orphanidou, chair of the parliamentary Health Committee, criticized the situation at Athalassa psychiatric clinic, expressing that people are hospitalized there who should not be in psychiatric hospitals. She criticized the lack of protocols and insufficient community structures, which lead to inappropriate hospitalizations.
