Athens: 89-Year-Old Charged with Triple Shooting
An 89-year-old man was charged with three serious felonies and six additional misdemeanors after opening fire with a hunting rifle at the EFKA authority offices in Kerameikos and at the Athens Court of First Instance. The charges include attempted murder, illegal weapons possession in court buildings, and abusive use of weapons. The man claimed the acts were "acts of desperation and anger."
