Athienou Receives Greenest City of Cyprus Award for the 8th Time
The municipality of Athienou was awarded the title of "Greenest City of Cyprus" for the eighth consecutive time on Wednesday. The award honors two projects: the reuse of materials in the renovation of the municipal market, which was converted into a cultural center, as well as the design of bus stops by local artists that celebrate the region's heritage.
