Attorney General rejects halting of proceedings in Paphos case
The Cypriot Attorney General has rejected an application to discontinue proceedings against a 37-year-old British man accused of responsibility for the death of his three-year-old son in a hotel in Paphos. The application was submitted on humanitarian grounds but was dismissed by the court in the Paphos district capital. The proceedings will continue.
