Audit: Leisure boat mooring projects delayed since 1994
The Audit Office has identified significant delays in the implementation of recreational boat mooring projects, with problems dating back to the original decisions from 1994. In addition to delays, downtime and failure to collect annual fees were identified, as well as substantial gaps in legislation despite adoption of the basic strategy.
