Australian dolphins use shells as fishing tools
Researchers on the Australian east coast have documented the fascinating behavior of bottlenose dolphins using seashells as tools to catch fish. The behavior, known as "shelling," was documented on video by research teams from the University of the Sunshine Coast, with observations also made of young dolphins imitating this behavior from their mothers.
