Bank of Cyprus Switches to Digital Dividend Payments
Bank of Cyprus has decided that all future dividend payments to shareholders with shares on the Cyprus Stock Exchange will be made exclusively through electronic transfer. This change was approved following shareholder approval of amendments to the bylaws.
