Beef Prices Rise by 19.25 Percent
The Cyprus Statistical Authority (Cystat) reports a 3.24 percent increase in the price index for plant production for the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period last year. Simultaneously, the price index for animal products fell by 2.44 percent, with beef prices rising by 19.25 percent while pork prices declined significantly.
