Bill Gates: vaccine skepticism blocks global measles control
Microsoft founder and philanthropist Bill Gates stated in a Reuters interview that vaccine refusal in wealthy countries makes global eradication of measles as a health goal impossible. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation had previously considered measles eradication as a possible goal for its work in global health, but must adjust this plan.
