Blood Supply Remains Tight
Cyprus's blood bank director, Androula Panayiotou, is calling on the public to donate blood. The island nation is in a critical phase as approximately 350 bottles of blood are needed daily to meet national demand. The blood supply is currently at the limit of availability.
