Body Perception Influences Consciousness and Time Perception
A new study from Charles University in the Czech Republic suggests that a person's ability to perceive their own body signals shapes their consciousness and time perception. Researchers led by Olga Klamut from the Department of Psychiatry found that people who pay greater attention to internal bodily signals have a different experience of consciousness. The research was published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology.
