President Lula da Silva's Brazilian government campaign accuses Trump-backed candidate Flávio Bolsonaro of pursuing colonial objectives for Brazil. The campaign claims Trump wants to exploit Brazil's resources and disadvantage the country. Interestingly, according to polls, approximately half of Brazilian voters support a stronger role for the USA in their country.
